  27. TTW requests that if you are trying out a shareware program, you register.  It
  28. is your duty to support shareware; why would there be so much shareware
  29. available if you didn't?  You are free to use it for the trial period but
  30. please, for Pete's sake [no offense, Pete], register your copy.  You'll find
  31. that the benefits outweigh the small cost.  [Besides, your spending money will
  32. help get California out of the recession which will bring up GNP for the whole
  33. U.S.!  Aren't you excited?!]  Remember some of the software we create could be
  34. sold at retail stores but in order to try it out, you'd have to buy it, then
  35. return it, causing much grief for your local computer store's customer service
  36. personnel.

  42. The version number of a product can be easily found by looking at the date of
  43. the executable.  For example, 5:60 means version 5.6.  It's that simple.

  59. earn some free registrations!  After completing your registration info sheet,
  60. attach a separate piece of paper with a list of all the BBS and vendors you
  61. have sent at least 10 of our programs to.  The minimum for a $7 credit is 15.
  62. So, if you can upload at least 10 TTW programs to 15 OTHER (not your own)
  63. sources, you can use the credit to buy a door or a personal-use program.  This
  64. offer is void where prohibited and is not transferrable to actual money.  The
  65. sources will be verified either by phone, modem, or mail.  Invalid sources will
  66. not be counted and your order will be returned at your expense.  Offer

  72. Due to the nature of our business and our efforts to assure quality, all checks
  73. will be cleared before mailing.  Upon receipt, checks will be deposited and the
  74. order with PAID stamped sent to our Orders department.  They will usually wait
  75. a week and then ship out the order which should take the postman 2-3 working
  76. days.  All in all give us a month and we'll take out the wait.

  78. In the rare instance that there is an excessive delay in shipping out your
  79. order we'll include $2.00 credit towards any other programs with our apologies.
